Yesterday was rather historic for Main Street, Meacham.
No, the president did not visit like July of 1923. Instead, the 2 visitors took a leisurely stroll on their 4 legs with scooped out horns...yes, 2 young bull moose came to visit. They are not a frequently seen animal in our neck of the woods.
I did not take this picture, just added it to show you the "young horns" that came to visit.

oh my goodness!! wow - what a great picture!
Funny... my mom lives just outside of Yellowstone, and she was just telling me about a Moose that hung out in their yard a few days ago... eating every leaf she had left on her aspen tree. :-)
