Not only was Landon "The man of the hour" Friday night, the next day, he was able to "help" one of the quilters with the placement of her blocks.
Being the crafty son that he is, stimulated by the wonderful world of quilters, he wanted to get out his fabric and layout what his quilt would look like.
Ahhh, it will feel soooo good!
Yes, this summer we have a project planned. He picked out some fat quarters at the quilt store when I was getting some fabric for myself.
The plan is to help him cut blocks and then teach him to sew them together.
It will be a very interesting journey together!
You can count on pictures being posted as the quilt is being built.

My Grandmother always said, "Anyone can quilt and the best part is the company in which you have while doing it." Ronda - you are going to have an excellent time. Landon - this will be another great memory from your childhood. Love you both, Aunt Lis
